Tootsie is very intelligent, with a great work ethic. She always wants to please, and is a joy to ride. She has no vices whatsoever, is not at all mareish, and enjoys trail rides. She would be best suited to an intermediate rider, who with someone who would keep her in training. She is a very safe horse, but would be happiest with someone who has tactful hands. Tootsie is a very kind horse with no rear, buck, or bolt of any kind.
